Tostao'

Terrible service and attitude from the girls who work there. How is it possible that they sell Greek yogurt with granola and don't provide a spoon or even care?

I was at the barefoot park, and there's a Tostao' coffee shop there. I placed my order with one of the workers, and she was completely indifferent, on her cell phone. I'm doing this so that the owners of this place will teach and demand empathy towards their customers!

The place is very nice and has plenty of space and chairs and tables to sit and enjoy the delicious products.

The place is nice, but the service is poor. The owners need to train their staff properly. The maid gave it to me frozen and said nothing could be done about it. I'd already bitten into it, so how else would I have known it was frozen? After I asked several times, they found a way to reheat it.

At the Tostao in Plaza Mayor in Medellín, after waiting in line for half an hour, I placed my order and when I went to pay in cash, the response was that they wouldn't sell to me because they didn't have change. Besides wasting my time, that shouldn't have been the answer.
