It's truly awful. The food tastes bad, is either vinegary or raw, and the service is terrible. They don't even notice when you arrive. I don't understand how the managers continue to allow this kind of thing to happen here.

We went on December 28, 2025. The service from the girls who worked there was terrible; they were awful. The place was dirty, and they just mocked the customers' concerns. The managers or administrators should be more careful, as it was the WORST experience I've ever had at that place, according to several reviews. It's definitely a place I won't be returning to, thanks to the girls who currently work there.

Consistently mess up my order on Rappi, also when someone orders they expect there food to be fresh I don't want old food waiting under the heater.

The products were terrible. We ordered meat pies and they tasted awful; the meat was overcooked. Then the fritters were raw. The products are of very poor quality and they lack proper hygiene. On top of that, the items are tiny and very expensive. I don't recommend them.

Terrible. First, the girl who served us wouldn't let us join two tables because the one for 4 wouldn't fit (there were 6 of us). We had to sit at separate tables. Then, they brought the hot drinks first, and they served me in an unwashed cup... it was covered in lipstick and had chocolate dripping on the outside as if someone had drunk from it. I asked for a replacement, and it took a long time for it to arrive. Just like the rest of the order. Honestly, one of the worst experiences: poor service, uncleanliness, and a very average breakfast.
