The food selection wasn't even half of what was on the menu because they didn't have corn tortillas, and instead of saying they were available each time we ordered something different, they simply didn't have them. That's called bad service. Similarly, I chose a dish where the spiciness of the salsa wasn't specified, and it was extremely spicy. In a country like this, it's essential to specify how spicy a Mexican dish is. The chairs were very uncomfortable. Furthermore, we asked for an electronic invoice, and they said they had one, but that wasn't true. It took them over a month to send me a regular invoice. We won't be returning here.
It's an incredible and spectacular place, and the best thing is the food—exquisite and delicious. They've already made me a customer, and the service is beyond praise. The service and food are the best in the area. If you have the chance to come, don't miss it.
Great place! Food was deliciously made by chef @victorcuartas and the service was excellent. A bit far from Medellin but 100% Worth it.
Off too a bad start ..took far too long to get food after order placed..but the food was excellent..staff really nice...would recommend but prepared to wait especially if they're busy.
It's an excellent place. The service makes you feel very good. The atmosphere is perfect and full of small details that transport you to another world. The only suggestion would be to expand the drinks menu and include more non-alcoholic drinks. However, the lemonades we had were delicious. Thank you for the excellent service.
