It's the first time I go out of my way not to pay a Service fee, and I have mixed feelings about it, cause the actual issues with the service were mild at best, but I find it quite deceptive and misleading to add the Service Fee in the tab automatically, without asking first, or mentioning it. This is actually illegal in Colombia, under Law 1935 from 2018, Article 4, but I was so surprised it happened and annoyed by the rest of it that I just wanted to leave right away. When they asked me why did I wanted to opt out from paying the service fee I just mentioned one of the issues we had, thinking it would end the conversation, but it just dragged the whole thing, until one of the maids came to try and sort the situation. I know I should've been more assertive and clear from the beginning but it was just too awkward. Maybe my expectations were higher than they should've been, since I've heard so much praise and good things about the place, but I don't think I wll be coming back. I apologize if I came across as rude tho because the actual interactions we did have with the staff were nice; it was more of a lack thereof, and a small mix-up with the wrong dish. Like I said at the beginning, mild issues.
Went here for the first time with friends and love it. If you love anime it’s a must. The waitresses are really nice and even thou we didn’t speak Spanish they still were very kind and helpful. I loved every second I was there will come back for sure.
Easily summarized: Amazing service, great decoration, AWFUL food. I ordered a ramen and it had no taste anywhere close to what “ramen” tastes like. Another example of Colombian chefs who are clueless when it comes to Asian food. I do not understand the rating of this place!
This is a very interesting place to eat. The decor is very interesting and uplifts the experience. I had the Hitagi (fried hearts of palm),Bibimbap (a Korean meat dish with rice, salad, vegetables and an egg), and ice cream sundae, and they were all very good. It was a little expensive (however I brought some home), but it was worth it.
This was quite an interesting spot located in the basement of an inconspicuous building. Full of anime wall decor, and with servers in costume, they are definitely trying to stick with the theme. The prices are very reasonable, if not quite cheap for what you get. The food itself is decent but not great. The service was very good and friendly. Overall, the concept was executed decently, but it could be refined further, and with more attention to detail. If you’re looking for a budget spot though, the value is excellent.
