Terrible service from the girls; they don't know what customer service is. It's like you're asking for something, not buying something. The owner should pay more attention to his staff so he doesn't lose sales. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The same people who say there is bad service are the ones who arrive without saying good morning, afternoon or evening. On the contrary, I had a very good experience with the products and especially with the service.

The food is good, but the staff are awful. They give you dirty looks the whole time, like they have a stick up their ass. They don't even ask if you're going to reheat your food, and if you say thank you, they don't even reply. If they fired those girls and hired others, it would be much better.

My experience with this place was terrible. On November 21st, we were at a business event in Medellín and went to eat there. We requested an electronic invoice to cover our travel expenses, they took my information, and then never sent the invoice. We called twice seeking a solution, but they didn't answer. They didn't provide either a physical or electronic invoice.

Horrible. Today, October 31, 2025, at 6:30 a.m., I went to get some cheese bread. The girls were preparing the cheese bread with gloves on. I ordered my coffee, paid, and the girl didn't take off her glove. She took the money and, with the same hand, the gloved hand covered in silver, picked up the dough as if nothing was wrong. I said to her, "You take the money with the glove and with the same glove you take the dough, which is meant to be eaten?" And, of course, she got angry and denied doing it. Besides, the tables were dirty and there were cockroaches crawling on them. Obviously, I don't recommend it. I will never return.
