Buñuelos

Zero stars!!! This business may SCAM you! We have a receipt for $62,000 pesos but my card was charged a second time one minute later for $600,000+ pesos at a nearby business with a signature that is not mine. I was able to get that info from Bold after I noticed the fraudulent charge. We speak Spanish and did not knowingly let them rip us off. They found a way regardless. My bank took care of it. The food was just okay, so if you eat here, PAY CASH!!!

The buñuelo i had yesterday in Guatapé was better ... Here was already cold, therefore the cheese was hard and same issue as with previous places : the taste of the baking powder is too strong. You guys needs to use something to balance the taste of baking powder, or use yeast! Moreover the place is very badly organised with no space anywhere... People working there have to go through the queue themselves every time they need to reach the buñuelo área...

Excellent place. Quality of food above average. Great price for the area. 17500 for a lunch with soup and juice. Staff is very friendly. You can sit outside and have a nice view.

The bunuelos with cheese are delicious. Make sure to have them hot or tell the server to heat them up.

The menu del día is fantastic and amazingly well priced at 9 mil. The owner is friendly and happy to help. Highly recommend if you’re looking to try a typical Colombian restaurant - although you’ll need some Spanish.
