Starbucks

William at Starbucks always provides exceptional service. He greets me by name, crafts my drink perfectly, and consistently brightens my day with his positive energy. His genuine care for customers is outstanding. It's team members like William who make this store a welcoming destination. Thank you, William!

Terrible service and aggressive employees who do not care about the quality of the product they are serving... seems to trickle down from the grotesque tall thin male manager who's aggressive behavior should be grounds for his dismissal as a Starbucks employee.....left this store and walked to the Plaza de Espana store who happily re made my coffee with attention and empathy......the facilities are probably the most attractive in Madrid at the bad store....but the customer service is just the opposite.....made me feel like I was in Paris. Rude Rude Rude....and again extremely aggressive employees especially the manager....was there this day at 2 pm.(ish)Dec 12, 2026.

Horrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would give zero. They don’t even want to serve water (which is served free of charge even in US locations), and rush you to order and to leave. It’s ridiculous and unpleasant. The store was pretty much empty (no wonder why) and they weren’t even in a rush to have this attitude. Scarlet and the rest of her team are an unfortunate representation of starbucks workers. I would suggest a retraining and reevaluation of the personnel employed. They were specially nasty to tourists, and drinks seemed rushed and not prepared correctly. Will not be returning to this location.

The salad in the fridge was practically frozen and so was the dressing. When I requested my money back they refused and told me that's now the dressing should be.

We stayed at Marriott and this Starbucks was right next to it . Really loved the bagel and cream cheese here. Javier was very attentive and remembered my name when I came in the next day .
