Welcoming coffeehouse with handcrafted coffee, espresso & tea, plus breakfast, lunch & pastries....
I have been traveling around the world for more than 20 countries and have gotten the worst experience here. I ordered 2 drinks and sat inside, then I walked to the counter to take a few tissues, a female worker shouted at me saying that I have to ask her before taking the tissues!!!!, in a rude manner. I have never experienced this in any Starbucks in the world, neither in another Starbucks in Madrid. Is there an unique rule for this shop?
The kids and I came here today and we were very happy with the coffee! The coffee was delicious, hot and juicy! The children drank hot chocolate and the children liked the most that they wrote their names on the glass! Excellent and friendly staff that is to be commended. Extra!
I recently visited Starbucks in Madrid, Spain and had a fantastic experience. The location was convenient and the interior had a cozy ambiance. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my coffee was deliciously prepared to perfection. I highly recommend this Starbucks branch for a satisfying coffee break in Madrid.
Average Starbucks, the service was good and a pretty small place. The coffee was good though, no complaints really.
Friendly staff but very full with not enough seating inside.
