It’s too hot inside.. the women as barista was very root, she gave me my coffee without closing the cover properly, my hand burns with hot coffee

Very bad experience. We had a bad experience with Ana, she was quite rude. And we noticed her being nice to some customers. I guess she's choosing which customers to be nice to.

Wish I can give zero rating. No customer value and zero service. Order Frappuccino and it was just ice and water. No coffee at all. Waste of money and emotion

Plenty of cozy seatings upstairs & friendly staff. As in most of Starbucks in Spain, you have some local options for sandwiches with Spanish ham. The soy matcha latte 🍵 tasted very different from the UK, I think because of the soy milk, but it was good anyway 👍
