I went looking for size 43 shoes for my wedding after being turned away at other bespoke shoe shops because my feet were too big. Here, they were very friendly. Once I chose the style, the production was very quick. There was a small issue with the sole, but we mentioned it and they fixed it promptly. The result was beautiful, elegant, and incredibly comfortable shoes. I wore them all day without any problems. They were wonderful. Thank you so much.

I went on a recommendation, thinking I'd get the most comfortable shoes of my life made for a wedding. I gladly accepted the shoemaker's advice; he insisted he'd been making shoes for 50 years. So, I went ahead. It was horrible! I've never had more uncomfortable shoes in my life; they dug into the sides, and I told him so. He told me they'd stretch and that by October, when I needed them, my feet would change. I had to put felt on the side, and it didn't work. The soles of my feet were incredibly hard! I ended up with destroyed feet. I'll never go back and I don't recommend it to anyone. 200 euros thrown away. Horrible.

I can't comment because I didn't use their services. I called them on the phone and they said they would see me if I came before 9:00 PM. I arrived at 9:05 PM, and they were at the door and told me they wouldn't see me. I don't understand that. They could have told me over the phone and it would have saved me from having to cross all of Madrid since I can't find another time slot. It's a shame because they've lost sales of the bridal shoes and other wedding shoes. Disappointing, lack of commitment.

I had my wedding shoes made there. They provided excellent service and were very professional. I took their advice, and they turned out exactly as I wanted. I wore them for many hours; they were incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended!
