We visited Nice to meet you hotel and had an amazing experience at Dear Hotel . We were served by Pedro, who truly made our visit memorable. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a big smile and took great care of us throughout the meal. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made us feel so welcome. We sat on the terrace, which offered a lovely view — the atmosphere was perfect. When we asked if we could move inside if the wind picked up, Pedro was more than accommodating and handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. The food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. Combined with the excellent service, it made for a wonderful dining experience. The only negative point was that we couldn’t leave a tip for Pedro through the credit card — it’s the first time we’ve ever encountered this, and we really hope this changes in the future so the servers can receive the appreciation they truly deserve. Thank you to Pedro and the whole team for making our visit so special. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic spot in Gran via, the bartender David was a brilliant host and mixologist. Made us feel extremely welcome and attended to our drinks all day, great member to have on board.

It was our last night in madrid and had my birthday dessert and drinks here! Owner helped us and he was so friendly and attentive. The views were incredible!
