Weekday mornings are the quietest
Excellent service, they treated us wonderfully, a very pleasant person. They really went out of their way to give us great service. We ate several things, the tortilla was very good.
Friendly service! Average menu, not bad but basic, just okay.
Terrible treatment by the staff. Food of dubious origin, and the beers could have been better served by someone without arms. We also asked for a complaint form, and they reluctantly gave it to us. I'll never go back. I don't recommend it.
Kind waitress in the morning, I had my breakfast there. In the evening I came for some beer, the bar tender was also very kind. This is a simple pub and not a fine dining resto. As a pub and cafe it serves very well.
It's without a doubt the worst place I've ever been. I don't even know where to start. First of all, we entered the bar, and as soon as we sat down, the person we thought was the owner insisted on numerous occasions (and rudely) that we order as soon as possible (we'd only been in a minute). He gave us a very bad look and gave us very rude answers when we asked him some questions, since the board outside said it included a 350ml soda, but they insisted on only house-made beer, wine, or beer. In the end, they gave in and brought it to us because THEY ADVERTISED IT. But they brought us a 200ml soda instead of the one on the menu (photo attached), and it also said it included bread, but they didn't give it to us. Until then, I gave up, even though it was enough to leave, and we didn't, even though we told the owner several times that we were leaving, and what a MISTAKE it was to stay. Another question was whether one of us could have a sandwich since we weren't hungry, and since they had bar and table prices for those items, we assumed we could eat at the table without a problem. They also denied us, but they ended up giving in because they know they can't do that, just like with the soda (by the way, the sandwich was made WRONG and ingredients were missing). The worst part came with the food, which was INEDIBLE. First, a paella that was a disgusting yellow mess, and second, RAW grilled chicken (photo attached). Meanwhile, one of my coworkers' meatballs was sour. He ended up eating them and ending his workday from the hospital. IN SHORT, THE FOOD WAS A BIOLOGICAL HAZARD. Meanwhile, we heard from the kitchen the things they said with every complaint we made, saying that they think the bar is a palace and there are only four tables. On top of that, it was a dark and pretty DIRTY place, like the dishes, which were worn and poorly washed, and we had to ask for several pieces of cutlery to be replaced. Nothing is redeemable; I'm not exaggerating, and if you go in, you'll see. I don't understand how it's open because it's not cheap either. A typical old-fashioned bar that hasn't survived the transition. OF COURSE, THIS WON'T JUST END THERE, AND THE APPROPRIATE COMPLAINT WILL BE FILED WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ABOUT THE UNSAFETY OF THE PREMISES AND THE TOXIC FOOD. GOOD LUCK, YOU'RE GOING TO NEED IT.
