Came here on Jan first right after new year’s intensity. Such a wonderful place, starting from the delicious food and variety of options, the coziness, the energy of the place and the music. Everything was pleasant We tried the matcha, cappuccino, pancakes, avocado toast and salmon with labneh 💯
We had a great time at Casa Amande! The atmosphere was lovely, and we really enjoyed the pancakes and the feta toast. Everything was delicious and made the visit extra special.
Really nice spot for a brunch or a good coffee! We had some amazing meals - l loved the mushroom toast and the Turkish eggs! You can have both, no need to pick, the dishes are not huge. Staff was friendly and the food came very quick and I loved the interior design! I will def come back and even order the same dishes! Super nice!!!
I understand service norms in Spain are different, and I usually adapt without an issue. Even with that in mind, the experience here was disappointing. The owner was curt from the moment I walked in, my eggs arrived cold, given the atmosphere I just asked for a to go box. When I asked for a box the owner spoke to the cook about me while I was within hearing distance. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional. The café looks promising, but the service culture did not match the environment. I will not be returning.
The banana bread was unreal. It was so moist and I think it’s one of the best i’ve ever had. The crust was even slightly crunchy - 10/10. The chocolate chip cookie was also nice and thin with nice chunks of chocolate, but for 2,3€ a little expensive and small in my opinion.
