The cashier was not nice at all...bad service

It is a chain... So quality is not the best but is decent. Same for the food, the chocolate wasn't great, roscon was gooder, and I tried my first farton -apparently Valenciano- and liked it. The service was ok. Torefactored beans so too bitter to my taste.

The place looks nice, and the desserts are quite eye-catching, but it’s not good. The customer service is the worst: • Bad attitude. • Poor service. • The staff gives you dirty looks. • Pressure when ordering. 100% not recommended. The worst experience and the biggest waste of money in Madrid.

Pastries are yummy fresh clean. Simple and coffee is great. Hot chocolate is literally that. Prices are reasonable
