The atmosphere is very peaceful, perfect for enjoying a good coffee, especially with such excellent service. I was served by Carolina, a lovely person, incredibly kind and attentive. The chocolate pastries are amazing, absolutely delicious. I loved the place.

Prices are high for the area. Friendly service.

Terrible place, nothing like other franchise locations. The prices are blatantly high. You know it's not a specialty coffee shop, but they don't even serve a hot drink properly. They don't have a variety of milks, but they do overcharge. Besides, the food is obviously all frozen, but at least they put a little love into the decor after baking. All the cookies taste awful. I won't go back, it's no wonder it's always so lonely. And the service... not to mention.

Lack of experience; I ordered a full breakfast, they charged me for everything separately, and said I hadn't told them. But they left oil and salt on the tray, and charged me for toast separately. The chocolate sandwich was super hard and dry; they said it was fresh.
