5€ fee for foreign cards

All the information about this bank's ATM fees is out of date, or just plain wrong. As of September 2025, the ATM fees the Deutsche Bank gets at least from the use of American bank cards is 5 euro. It's a little cheaper than most other banks charging 7 euros, but still way too high! Just to be clear, this is the fee that Deutsche Bank charges, and NOT the fee my American bank charges, or the conversion fee - those are different.

For internationals looking to withdraw cash without having to pay a fee: this no longer seems to be the case. The ATM charges a fee of 4 euros now.

Withdraw from Revolut for zero additional fee. Many Spanish bank atms either wouldn’t give or would charge €5 to €7 on top

As far as I know, Deutsche Bank is the only one that doesn't charge a commission for cash withdrawals with international cards. This was true, after trying lots of other banks. There are two ATMs here, super easy to withdraw, relatively centrally located. Great stuff :)
