Condemar

La conozco desde hace mucho años y los churros estaban muy buenos. Estuve hace dos días, vi que lo han cambiado de nombre, ahora se llama Raíces coffee bar, y los churros estaban duros e incomibles.

The service was terrible, incredibly slow, and they served us whenever they felt like it. It took them ages to clear the table, and from the moment we ordered until we were served, it took about 15-20 minutes, and they acted like they were doing us a favor. The churros were brought out in shifts; some were half-burnt, and one came out literally "like a rock." When we complained, the response was, "It happens sometimes," and instead of apologizing and replacing it, as any self-respecting restaurant owner would do, they did nothing and charged us for everything as if nothing had happened. Another issue was that a complimentary churro came with a coffee we ordered, but when they saw that we had all ordered churros, they took the one they had brought and gave it to another customer, who, by the way, had already eaten their free churro and left it there. A disgraceful place where friendliness and hospitality are completely absent.

The breakfasts are great. Freshly made churros. Good coffee. When I'm in the area, I always go there.

My favourite place to grab a cafe and tortilla! I love the two waiters behind the bar! They are always welcoming and friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious!
