Classic Café Bar

We had just entered the establishment (00:38) and when we asked what time they closed, the waitress (who was alone in the bar and using her phone) told us they closed at 1:00. Upon leaving, we checked online and on the sign outside, which indicated a 2:00 closing time. We left to avoid causing a fuss, as there were supposedly still 20 minutes left, when in reality we shouldn't have even asked and should have simply walked in like any other customer. It didn't seem like they had too many customers (there was hardly anyone there), but the waitress was clearly lazy. The information was misleading, the organization was poor, and the customer service was unprofessional. They urgently need to review their opening hours and customer service practices.

The service was poor, slow and inattentive, the food was very mediocre, it smelled strongly of tobacco inside and wasn't very clean, the atmosphere was unwelcoming with people shouting in another language and being rude, a place to avoid.

There are people who smoke at the door, it's as if they were inside, literally at the door, since they put an ashtray right there...

We went to get some drinks to go and everything was great. Very reasonably priced and the service was exceptional. We also looked at the menu and saw other people's dishes, all of which looked delicious and were well-priced.
