Whimsically presented tapas & creative cocktails in a low-lit venue with a leafy terrace....
An absolutely wonderful experience! George, the manager, was extremely attentive and provided us constant and timely attention throughout our dinner! We didn’t have a reservation and they still provided us table service at the bar. We had the Brutal Kraken drink, the Bao, & Burrata plates and everything was delicious 🤤! A definite repeat visit is already planned!
Located near Puerta del Sol, Inclán Brutal Bar is a masterclass in culinary theater, blending psychedelic decor with avant-garde Spanish fusion. The "brutal" experience lives up to its name, offering a high-energy atmosphere complete with neon lights and eclectic art that makes every corner Instagram-worthy. Drinks are served in whimsical vessels like kraken, dragon eggs or ceramic character heads and are a crowd pleaser. Each dish was delicious and a perfect fusion of Asian & Spanish cuisine- flavor bombs! All served with the restaurant's signature creative and theatrical flair. Despite the upscale plating and central location, the overall bill was surprisingly reasonable. Servers were attentive and friendly. Because of its popularity, suggest to make reservations in advance. We walked in, drawn by the eclectic ambience and luckily found the last spot at the bar as all tables were full. We had a great experience so went back again, but this time with a reservation to enjoy the full dine in experience on New Year's Eve with lively atmosphere all around! Highly recommended and we will definitely go back when we visit Madrid next time!
Lots going on here but the essential point is that the food is excellent. Lots of bold designs and kitschy ideas don’t tend to result in a a great meal but it did here. 55€ tasting menu represents very good value but I’d skip the free cocktail and order one instead. Pork buns excellent. Duck rice delicious. Burrata lovely.
Inclán Brutal Bar is a great spot that perfectly combines tasty Spanish food with a lively and stylish atmosphere. The menu offers a solid selection of well-prepared Spanish dishes, making it a good choice whether you’re stopping by for a casual meal or a night out. The ambiance is vibrant and welcoming, adding a lot to the overall experience. Reservations are highly recommended, as the place gets busy. The service is excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. Definitely worth a visit.
Had a great time here. Plenty of traditional Spanish and not so Spanish dishes on offer and many with a particular twist. I especially enjoyed the chicken bau buns, tuna and the burrata. We had so much to eat! See pics. Great selection of cocktails. Atmosphere is lively, decor is quite special and service is excellent. A great place for a party!
