I ordered online, it seems they add as litel as they can on the delivery bowls. super poor
We always order Amazonian açaí, and it has never, ever arrived like this. We always order it thick, even in summer, and it always arrives perfect. This time it arrived completely watery, creamy, and with a much smaller portion than usual. It's nothing like the product they advertise. I have photos to prove it. When I called to complain, the response was to wash their hands of it: that I should complain through Uber and that it was the delivery driver's fault, without offering any solution or taking responsibility for a product that was defective from the start. The service was also unpleasant, as if complaining about something we're paying for was wrong. We are regular customers and have never had an experience like this. Very disappointing. A mistake can happen, but this lack of responsibility and customer service is unacceptable.
I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this was awful. I'm giving it one star because the juice was decent. I placed a Glovo order at 8 pm. It was supposed to arrive between €15 and €20. It finally arrived at 9:20 pm. The order was for five cheese breads and a juice. Two of the cheese breads were decent; the other three were small, undercooked, and one was over-toasted. I only tried one of those three, but the photo will show you why. The size was completely different; two were decent, and the other three were smaller than a ping-pong ball. Late, bad, and expensive. A real shame.
The service has been great and the quality of the product is perfect. Just like in Brazil.
Perfect
