Nahar was an amazing help today. She went above and beyond to make sure my drink was the best it could be, and even better than that - she brightend my day up!

Service is terrible from the staff is fine the prices have gotten ridiculous. I ordered a double espresso and was charged £3.75. I had to walk out because that's just an insult. I know prices have gone up for everyone but Starbucks service is no better than any rival. It looks like they're just being g greedy. Just close this branch down.

spilt my drink down myself 😂 staff jumped in super quickly and took control of the situation with no stress at all and even replaced my drink! as someone who also works in a coffee shop at a train station (the burgundy enemy) this was incredible service, the whole team on shift is a credit to the store (8:45 - 13/9/25)

Very dissatisfied and disappointed! After reading the reviews that say this is a fake Starbucks, I cannot disagree! The price of coffee nowadays is ridiculous high! And I wanted to use my Starbucks points. They said they are a Franchise but all Starbucks are Franchised and have points system!!! Very poor, my last time in this one!! Sorry Pictures show scanners???
