Starbucks

The place has amazing location. The service is not the friendliest. It is very busy specially weekend. I understand it can be frustrating for the staff as there is no time to take even a little rest but smiling doesn’t cost anything, being grumpy is not something that working in customer service is acceptable. I think our server messed our order a bit. I realised when we been already away so I didn’t come back to fix it up. Prices are ridiculously high tho for the festive drinks. I ordered this toffee but latte and I asked for small one which was 6£!!!! I think I was charged and given the middle size and my boyfriend who wanted medium sized Acai strawberry drink for small one instead. We pains more than 12£ for 2 drinks! This is a lot.

From the moment customers walk in, Tara greets everyone with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. What truly stands out about Tara is her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers. She always ensures that orders are prepared accurately and promptly, while maintaining a calm and cheerful demeanour even during busy hours. It’s evident that she takes great pride in her work and values every customer’s experience. Her ability to connect with people and make each visit pleasant reflects true dedication to customer service. Staff members like Tara make a real difference — she embodies the Starbucks values perfectly. I truly appreciate her consistent efforts and would like to thank her for making every visit to Starbucks Greenwich such a pleasant experience.

Fantastic place with great coffee and pleasant atmosphere. Big shout out to manager and staff, they were all awesome. Pumpkin Spice Latte was exactly what I needed for 7 a.m.!

Starbucks café is quite close to the Greenwhich pier. You can buy a take-away coffe. I liked nice and polite staff.

Arrived at around 7pm to dine in, they all used takeaway cups and no food tray to be provided. They finish at 8pm. It's not the café that I used to hang out, more like a fast food shop, although the staff didn't rush us out.
