Very disappointing experience at this Costa. 0 stars is what this place deserves. The issue was mainly with a man who I believe was the manager. He gave off an aggressive vibe from the start and behaved in a rude and entitled manner. Instead of addressing a simple concern about my coffee (coffee was just not hot enough …), he told me that if I wasn’t happy, I could go to any other place in the area because he had no time or energy to deal with “people like me.” After the conversation, he kept staring in a way that felt uncomfortable and unsettling. At times it was unclear whether he was looking directly at me or scanning the shop, which made the interaction feel even more tense and awkward.The way he was looking around was quite peculiar! There was no professionalism, no willingness to listen, and no effort to resolve the situation. Not the level of service expected from a well-known brand.

Spanish caramel latte was so tasty. Elu served nicely

Well located cafe with plenty of comfortable seating. Unfortunately the good ends there. Staff rude; toastie came with dark bits of residue from previous heatings; the two small pieces of tissue provided were first placed on the filthy counter, and only afterwards in my tray; the barista didn't even bother to ask if I wanted chocolate dusting in the cappuccino, and didn't even gave me opportunity for me to ask.

They never clean pitcher after steaming milk. They keep going steaming over steaming. Desserts are average. Only good thing is here the location.

Nice coffee and most importantly a toasted gluten free sandwich and vegan cake on sale. The friendly server brought our tray to the table when my toastie was ready. Thank you! It is well positioned just off Oxford Street but is a bit clinical inside. And one of the two toilets was out of action which meant a long queue.
