Caffè Nero

I usually make order online to just simply enter and quickly collect my coffee. It has been over 4 WKs now that I get there and the coffee is not ready. I place the order usually within 10min before arriving there. I cannot see the point of placing an online order if you cannot provide the service. Usually the same member of staff on Monday morning. The tall guy was soooo good! Please improve it! Thank you

I just love Nero, there winter blend is really good. I went there twice during my stay near this location.

Nero Caffé is a large and very pleasant place, perfect to sit down and enjoy a great coffee. The coffee is delicious, the ham and cheese sandwich is excellent, and the matcha with oat milk is incredible. I especially want to highlight the great job done by the two people who were working. With only two staff members, they managed to keep things moving efficiently while maintaining a great attitude and making customers feel satisfied. Their effort truly stands out. The 4 stars are not because of the staff or the food, which are both very good, but due to the lack of additional personnel to help with table cleaning and general support. This is the second day I’ve been here and it’s been the same situation. They have a great space and a very good product. With more staff, the overall experience could be excellent.

Stopped here in tge Haymarket area London before our theater visit it was good

A cosy and reliable spot in the heart of Haymarket. The coffee is rich and well-made, and the atmosphere is relaxed, making it a great place to work or unwind. Service is usually quick, even during busy hours. A solid choice if you need a caffeine fix in central London.
