Casual coffee shop with a menu of light dishes & specially blended hot & cold drinks....
I recently visited Caffè Nero and was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional and rude behaviour of a staff member named Mr. Tariq. His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, which completely ruined what should have been a pleasant experience. I’ve always enjoyed Caffè Nero for its atmosphere and coffee, but this encounter left me feeling very unwelcome. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and customer service standards in the future. No customer should have to deal with such behaviour.
The coffee is always rich and flavorful and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. All the staff are friendly and take the time to make sure everything is just right. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys good coffee.
Received friendly service and made the drink fast. Great location for touristy pictures. Store could be a bit cleaner.
Quick coffee stop at this Cafe Nero- right opposite the Big Ben, and next to Tesco Express. Its tiny- no seating- so more of a takeaway franchise. The staff were cheerful and polite- prompt at their service. The food options were well-stocked, and the coffee tasted great as always!
The team in the software looks professional and they were actually friendly the atmosphere the shop quite tight you can't find a place to sit in things are good for takeaways
