I was served by Collins who was so kind and helpful! I had an issue with my loyalty sign in and he helped me. He has a nice and positive attitude and I will come again !

Collins is the best barista .. literally!! He puts passion in what he does and asks customers about their day, makes them smile and gives an overall good vibe.. great for what he does

Manu was the best barista, so warm and friendly, and a great flat white! This cafe was so great to work in. Super fast wifi and noone rushed me, I felt so welcomed.

I always have a great experience at Black sheep, but I especially want to shout out Sheliza and Pranjal! They are consistently so kind, welcoming, and attentive, and they really go out of their way to make customers feel comfortable. The whole team creates such a positive, calm vibe, even when it’s busy. Service is always smooth and friendly, and it’s clear the staff genuinely cares about what they do. Blank Street has become one of my favorite spots, and the people working here are a huge reason why.

Collins & Sheliza looked after us for some late breakfast, they were very warm and welcoming, food was good, waited no more than a couple of minutes, coffee was great, atmosphere was lovely, I work around the corner midweek and this place has always been great service 🤌🏻
