Here’s a refined, calm, and fully professional version that keeps the point crystal-clear without sounding emotional or negative: I consider myself quite passionate about coffee and have tried most specialty coffee shops in Istanbul. I have always appreciated this place and still value the quality it offers. However, during my most recent visit, I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk and was charged 400 TL for a single, small cup. While I do not question the quality of the coffee or the experience, this price point stands significantly above comparable venues in the city, many of which offer similar quality at nearly half the cost. I felt it was worth sharing this feedback, as the current pricing may be perceived as disproportionately high relative to the local market.
The atmosphere is amazing. They also have a little store. I would highly recommend suggest the sumaklı limonata if you are not in a mood for coffee. Only problem is parking. Other than that amazing.
Great Guatemala coffee and nice cherry crumble. The cafe is big in size there are indoor and outdoor seating. It is little noisy inside because of the loud music.
The place has a lovely interior. Pastry was fresh and tastes fantastic. Ordered a scone and petite pancake. Both did not disappoint. Coffee was good too.
Petra Roasting Co. is truly one of the gems in Istanbul. I visited for breakfast and absolutely loved the experience — the place feels like a museum with its unique design and cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious, fresh, and felt like everything was handmade and natural. Their coffee? Probably the best pour-over I’ve had in Istanbul! I even took some bags of their coffee home with me — that’s how good it was. Definitely worth a visit if you’re a coffee lover or just looking for a special breakfast spot.
