The Cheeky Piglet

Supreme. Fresh local ingredients - beautifully cooked breakfast. So good we came back the next day. Full Irish and Eggs Benedict were delicious.

The cheeky piglet🐷🐖is a high quality cafe. We ordered the cheeky piglet sambo & the brekkie bap. The cheeky piglet sambo is very succulent and flavourful pork slow cooked neck and the brekkie bap was good enough to make a grown man cry. The service was lovely and the atmosphere was very friendly and calm. 5 stars.

Stopped here for breakfast as the photos looked best in the area. Had to wait a little while before the server paid attention to us.. inside is very small so had to sit outside Food also took around half an hour but they did have a lot of deliveries flying out. Pancakes were cold but i still did enjoy them, partner really enjoyed his full Irish breakfast, said it was very tasty.

The food here far exceeded my expectations. The eggs Benedict were delicious and both the hashbrowns and streaky bacon were crispy. Even the side salad was nice and flavorful. There was a large lunch crowd, as expected on a Sunday, but they were able to seat me after only a minute to clear a table. Would definitely go back again!

The Cheeky Piglet 🐷 is situated in a courtyard that used to be JB Distillery dating back to 1880. It has since been gentrified with businesses, accommodations, and a community space. The 🐷 is situated at the back of the courtyard, and although the restaurant inside is small, they have lots of space outside on their patio. We decided to go to this place for breakfast as we were tired of the usual Irish breakfast served at hotels and we were very pleased. Their rating lived up to our expectations, with coffee, food, and excellent service. Had American pancakes with a side order of hash browns, and Eggs Benedict with real home made hollandaise sauce. The other dishes they were serving to others also looked excellent. The vibe of the place is refreshing with some music memorabilia, funny items for sale such as mugs and cards. If you're looking for a change for breakfast I highly recommend this place.
