Lovely house deep fried chicken, had it with a curry sauce too on the side it was great. Friendly staff and good portions too. I'm not a fan of bubble tea so I got coffee instead and it was nice. Would go again, great underratted spot, especially as its nice and quiet compared to most around the area :)
I loved the bubble tea! Super refreshing drink with lots of flavour options, and the tapioca pearls were soft and perfect. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. Great place to grab something sweet and different during the day. I’ll definitely come back!
This was the best bubble tea 🧋 experience i had in Dublin so far. They have a huge selection of milk and fruit teas. Really loved their Taro milk tea 🧋. They have a decent seating upstairs and also food options. You can get full irish breakfast also. Really amazing spot for bubble tea and some food 😋
I went out to eat with my boyfriend and we ended up paying a total of 30 euros for everything. I had a chicken teriyaki rice dish with a small amount of vegetables (not much, honestly), and he had a pork bowl with rice and lots of vegetables. Both dishes were delicious, flavorful, and well-prepared. I was a bit worried I might still be hungry because the portions didn't look too big, but in the end, we were both satisfied. The best part of the meal, without a doubt, was the iced mango tea with fruits. It was refreshing, with a delicious jelly that added a nice touch. It was definitely the highlight of the meal, and I would honestly go back just for that tea. It's a nice spot to stop by if you're around. Not overly fancy, but it has its charm. And if you go, don't miss out on the iced mango tea!
I recently visited Sweethouse Bubble Tea on Liffey Upper Street, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I ordered the brown sugar bubble tea and it tasted more like medicine, and it lacked the milky texture that should be standard for this kind of tea. It was a letdown, to say the least. As for the food, the chicken teriyaki was another disappointment. It didn’t taste anything like the teriyaki I'm familiar with, and the flavours were unremarkable. To make matters worse, the prices were steep for the quality offered (€12.50 for a small bowl). Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it based on what I had.
