Starbucks

The seating area is clean and organised, I wish I could say the same for the bathroom. The toilet is absolutely disgusting. It reeks of urine and the toilet seat is covered in what I can only imagine to be feces. You could get an infection just by walking into the bathroom. Human hygiene should be a top priority. It’s sad to see that it isn’t at this cafe.

There was a hateful note on the christmas tree, facing outwards for everyone to see. Nobody should be allowed glorify wars or genocide on a public noticeboard. The food and coffee was fine and the location is good, but if staff allow people to praise the slaughter of children, then I assume this is company policy. I did a public service by removing the hateful note, next time I see one I will be contacting the gardai for them to investigate.

Rude and impatient staff, which makes the experience unpleasant and the place unwelcoming. The sweets were tasteless, but the coffee was good. Not recommended!

Great location. Coffee was excellent and so was service. Lots of indoor seating.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness and service at this Starbucks location. Upon arrival, I had to request that my table be cleaned, as it was still dirty. While the staff removed the used plate, they didn’t properly wipe down the table—just using a dry tissue without any cleaning spray. When not actively serving customers, staff seemed preoccupied with their phones and personal conversations. Even while assisting customers, they were chatting in another language and giggling behind the counter, which came across as unprofessional. Given Starbucks’ premium pricing, I expected a higher standard of service and a more well-maintained environment. While the coffee itself was fresh, hot, and well-made, the overall atmosphere did not match the brand’s usual standards. Additionally, the restroom was in very poor condition, which further detracted from the experience. I would have expected more attention to cleanliness and presentation in a store of this caliber. Can’t rate the food as I didn’t try anything, but plenty of selections available.
