Bad experience:/ I had a cappuccino and brioche breakfast, I’m at James hospital (dublin) and drink, food were horrible, also the staff, not in good mood, not nice service, sincerely if I wasn’t in hospital for job reason that time, I wouldn’t get nothing in Leopold! Very low quality!

There's no sense of direction anywhere amongst staff...in desperate need for a manager on shift, 4 of them flailing around behind the counter not a clue who's doing what, talking amongst themselves with customers in front of them waiting, service as a result is terribly slow. Nobody on the floor or taking care of takeaway stations.

I'm greateful because the service was perfect. The assistant shop is great and amazing, she made a magnific coffee.

Very poor quality coffee for 4 euro. Would not recommend!!

Lovely coffee, friendly service and it didn’t feel over crowded or loud with other people around. The coffee price is quite expensive so that’s my reason for losing 1 star.
