Dave's Cafe Grill & Deli

10/10. Visiting from Ontario, Canada. Dave was a real gem! His coffee recommendations and execution were spot on. The maple bacon bagel was excellent. Atmosphere and service was top notch. Definitely check this place out!!

Quirky little coffee shop quietly tucked away from the busy town. Coffee is beautiful, and the food is absolutely delicious!! Such a lovely and sweet man, Dave's Deli and coffee shack is Ballina's hidden gem.

The breakfast spot we stopped at didn't have coffee due to their coffee machine breaking, so we stumbled along this place after our breakfast and I am so glad we did. This is by far the best coffee I have had an Ireland so far and I have been here for 5 days and tried coffee in many different towns/cities. The woman behind the counter was knowledgeable and helped me get a strong tasting coffee. I ordered a white mocha latte and my partner ordered a gingerbread latte. They were both divine. The service was quick and the cost was decent at 4.20 euros each for what seemed like a regular size. The decor outside was funny with all the cute coffee signs and inside the shop was homey feeling. I saw that they also make sandwiches and if I ever stop in this town again I will be sure to try one! If you find yourself in county Mayo definitely stop by this little shop, the coffee alone is worth it.

Definitely the best coffee I've had in Ireland, and many other places. Being from Melbourne we've become pretty picky but this was superb - and we drink decaf so that can be tricky as well as many people burn it. They also have a range of local chocolates and other goodies. We left with some of these and a bag of ground beans for our mocha pot.

One of the best coffee I have had. All of my friends enjoyed it as well. The staff was friendly and explained about each coffee as well! Too good!
