A nice caffe and an upscale deli, but nothing extraordinary. Not many tables to sit, no table service. During lunch hours there tends to be a large queue so prepare for a longer wait. Their slogan is "sandwiches by chefs", and that's why food is a bit on expensive side. But unfortunately tits just a bit fancier deli. A simple sandwich is €11, but if you go for a full lunch eg. sandwich with sides, drink and coffee it can go up to €22-25 in total, which is a price of a proper lunch not just a sandwich. With extortionate prices like that, it's not surprising they are expanding with more locations in Dublin.

Incredible sambos here. Don't be intimidated by the line, it moves quick. We got the ham and the chipotle beef and both were amazing. Quality ingredients and fast service. A good amount of seating inside and outside. Will definitely be coming back.

Read about the place yesterday in an article saying it’s the spot for proper Christmas sandwiches, so I legged it over before closing to grab a takeaway. Fair play, the hype is real. The Christmas special was unreal, packed full of flavour, and the drink I grabbed was surprisingly good too. Service was rapid even with the queue, and the lads behind the counter were sound. Grand spot if you’re after a hearty feed without the fuss.

The food at Carved Grand Canal is consistently excellent — fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Service is quick and friendly, which makes it a great lunch spot. The atmosphere isn’t anything special, but the food more than makes up for it. Perfect if you’re looking for a reliably good bite in the area.

Really nice sandwiches, and the service is pretty fast to be so busy. The soup was extraordinary with a nice spicy hint. Beef brisket it’s delicious, the meat is super soft and the caramelised onions make it really juicy.
