Calimero Café

Great place, I enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. Went for breakfast on Sunday. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was good and a good amount as well! Place was nice and quiet. Will definitely come back if I’m in the area

We visited Calimero Café twice — once on a weekday morning and once on a Saturday around 10 AM. The weekday experience was smooth and enjoyable, but unfortunately, the weekend visit left us a bit frustrated. We had to wait 50 minutes for breakfast without any heads-up, which really impacted the overall experience. That said, the food is absolutely fantastic — a solid 5 stars, and the coffee is excellent as well. The café itself is clean, cozy, and welcoming, but it seems like the team running it on weekends may lack experience or coordination. It’s a great spot with real potential, and we hope the service side catches up to the kitchen soon. We’d definitely come back, but maybe not during peak weekend hours unless the wait times improve.

They've got decent coffee and a cozy atmosphere. There are a couple of good breakfast options worth trying - definitely go for the summer chanterelle mushroom special and their sweet treats. For the neighborhood, this place is a great find. Just a heads up, though: it can take a while to get your order if it's busy.

Looks like an independent place run by lovely people. I am not sure if I have ever had fresher food. Took a bit of time to be served, but we got top quality and fresh, nicely prepared food on our table. Coffee was good too, although it was gone before our food was served (if I was running this place, I would offer a refill on the house). I have ordered Keto breakfast, and it was really nice. Will definitely come back when I am in the area again.
