Caffè Nero

Visited on a Saturday morning. The place was not clean, and the bathroom was out of service. The latte had a burnt taste, and the staff did not acknowledge the issue. This branch did not meet the usual Nero Caffè standards and felt like a cheaper version of the brand. Poor management overal.

The staff member is excellent there. She was polite, smiling and wasn't afraid to engage in a little friendly chat. I also stupidly left my phone there. A kind stranger handed it in and the staff kept it safe for me.

Visited on a Saturday morning and only one employee working. Place was dirty and bathroom was unusable. Lack of basic cleanliness throughout. I felt bad for the employee, clearly not her fault. The espresso I had was bitter and off. Won’t be visiting again.

Beautiful cafe view great views. The ambience is amazing ..old library vibes. The staff is so kind and friendly. And of course coffee is the best

Great staff and lovely surroundings. A great spot to sit and ponder. Veggie sausage roll was really nice. Staff wonderful
