Caffè Nero

Loved the pistacio cake & cappucino, good place to stop by for a cup of coffee... however, wasnt easy to find a seat in the evening because some people take a drink and sit there for long on computer or phone ... next time I would check whether there is a seat free before buying anything not to be standing and waiting 🤣

I absolutely love this cafe. It has good coffee and great vibes. I love the hazelnut canolis. They also usually have good range of desserts and snack options. You can sit here and work, they have WiFi as well. Overall a good cafe! Very easily accessible. Totally recommended.

This is always a busy coffee shop. A good place to chat with friend and they have a longer closing hour. A lot of mixed people come here, just to let you know.

I used to come here every day, but the staff have become absolutely pathetic. The coffee is bad enough, but the behaviour is even worse. On Monday, 6th October at 10:30 am, I asked if they could redo my coffee. Instead of providing basic customer service, a blonde girl with a nose ring decided to act like she was doing me a favour pulling faces, striking poses and showing pure attitude. I told her to keep the coffee and just refund me. Her response? She denied showing any attitude, which only made her behaviour look even more pathetic. This kind of arrogance and lack of respect in front of customers is disgraceful. Nero clearly needs to retrain their staff in the most basic manners because the service has gone completely downhill. With staff like her, who clearly know nothing about professionalism or customer service, this place is losing its reputation fast. Absolutely unacceptable.

Just got into Dublin and this was the first stop to assuage my coffee addiction. I was not disappointed! We also got a pork sausage roll that was excellent. Great staff too.
