I only had a mocha and came in because it was pouring rain. Lovely spacious cafe and lovely staff. Just what I needed while I read my magazine. 😊
Beautiful café, super bright and with a very pleasant energy. Josefina served me and was super warm and friendly. I ordered an almond milk latte and it was delicious and frothy.
Brentwood Coffee on Church Street is a solid, reliable spot right beside the Four Courts Luas stop, and it’s especially convenient if you’re in the area for work, meetings, or just passing through the city centre. I ordered a black coffee (Americano) and a buttery croissant, and both were very good. The coffee was smooth, well-extracted, and not bitter — exactly what you want from a simple black coffee. It came in a proper ceramic cup, which is always a nice touch and makes it feel less rushed than takeaway-only places. The croissant was fresh, flaky, and nicely baked, with that crisp outer layer and soft interior — not dry or overcooked, which is often the risk with pastries. The interior is spacious, modern, and clean, with plenty of seating compared to many city-centre cafés. It feels comfortable whether you’re sitting down to relax, have a quiet conversation, or do a bit of work. The atmosphere is calm and practical rather than trendy or noisy, which I personally appreciated. Lighting is good, tables are well spaced, and everything feels well maintained. Staff were friendly and efficient, even during what seemed like a steady flow of customers. Service was quick, and the overall experience felt smooth and well organised. Prices are reasonable for Dublin city centre, especially considering the location and seating space. It’s not a “destination café” for specialty coffee lovers, but it’s a very dependable choice for good coffee, decent food, and a comfortable place to sit. Overall: a great everyday café in a prime location. Ideal for a quick coffee, a casual break, or a relaxed sit-down near the Four Courts. I’d happily come back.
Great service! Clean bathrooms, and a lovely place to sit outdoors. Also, good value very kind to be given an option for a large teapot instead of just a tea cup. Scones were very tasty.
Great little cafe in Dublin. Food was great, fresh and tasted good. Staff was ok friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended to stop for food.
