Bubble tea is ok and prices are the same as other places but I’ve been to this location over 10 times and one time the person there had absolutely no clue what to do and said that I needed to wait for his coworker to come in hour and recently the person working gave me the complete wrong drink and when I told her coldly acted as if she didn’t need to mar me another one but ended up making one more then the second one was the right drink but it was straight up bitter even though I asked for normal sweatiness and at that point I had been there for over 30 minutes and there was a long line so I decided to just go because everyone there was giving me dirty looks

The bubble tea itself was good, but the service was disappointingly slow. Even though we were standing right in front of the cashier, the staff member chose to wash the utensils used for previous customers instead of taking our order. It took 15 minutes before she finally acknowledged us and asked for our order.

We ordered a roasted oolong milk tea and a green apple tea. I was disappointed with my oolong tea, it wasn’t sweet at all - the staff didn’t ask me what sugar % I wanted, so I guess they didn’t put any in. The staff looked done with their job and didn’t appear very friendly whilst we were ordering. We were waiting long for our drinks for a while, didn’t seem like there was any rush/priority to get the drink to the customer. Wouldn’t recommend this shop. We had a great experience at the taste of Taiwan store at Løngangstræde 19-21, 1468 København, Denmark, so would recommend that!

Really tasty bubble tea and always friendly service. First time trying the hibiscus fruit tea and it was so yummy! Prices are pretty average for the area, and they also sell cute bubble tea themed accessories.

Friendly employee, decent amount of drink options. Seems understaffed as one employee could barely handle the ordering and making drinks, the employee didn't look to happy. Wait time was reasonable when we were there, but I could imagine if this place gets busy, the wait time would drive people away. Drink was good, as expected. Would recommend this place!
