Very good place to study or just relax

Super cool staff, quality coffee as always and super happy about their drive to make this the best Starbucks. We were treated with some specials!

Ordered a latte to go, it was terrible. The latte was so hot I burned my tongue, I was able to taste it after 10 minutes, it was hot. Teach your baristas how to brew coffee. I have been to many Starbucks in Europe, but this is the first time I have been given such a terrible latte. The service is a total minus

We ordered with my friend cappuccino and cheesecake...very bad... Cheesecake looked like it's been standing there for at least 2 days and cappuccino looked like filter coffee (very strong) with some milk - not worth the money at all... The atmosphere isn't nice at all because of the mess, dirty tables... I hope this feedback will help to give a better service but I'm in doubt reading other customers' opinions. I work in the hotel restaurant myself and I know it's very important to give a good service - you won't get it here - better go somewhere else...

Only go here if you need coffee, not if you want it.. Flat white was average, no crema.. It needed sugar to be drinkable. There were only two people ordering in front of me in the line at 12pm but service was slow.. Probably waited at least 5 minutes to be served, there was another staff member floating around but not taking orders. Table upstairs was unstable so when I stepped on the base it spilled the coffee. Tables were dirty. Staff were nice though
