Superb service as always ! Great coffee

I visited Starbucks on Frederiksborggade 15 in Copenhagen and ordered a berry pastry (I forgot which kind) along with a hot Americano. I found a cozy seat by the window, which was perfect for watching people pass by outside — a really relaxing moment in the middle of the day. The coffee was smooth, the pastry was sweet and fresh, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and comfortable. It’s also convenient that they have power outlets, so I could charge my phone while enjoying my drink. Just a small tip — if you need to use the restroom, you’ll have to ask the staff for the access code. A nice spot to take a short break and unwind.

Been here several times now. The staff are always friendly and helpful (American approved!), The drinks are always made correctly and timely. Their muffins are to die for! 10/10 would recommend!

The pumpkin spice latte was okay, same as the yoghurt snack. But the staff was super slow, maybe inexperienced, it took forever to get our order. And the decor was dirty and in bad shape. Once it has probably been fresh and cool but that was apparently many years ago. And who is cleaning this place? Apperently nobody...
