Easily the best bike shop in the city. Mikkel is extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. He answered all my questions and made sure that what we ordered worked for my bike. I'll definitely be coming back here for all future bike needs! They also have a coffee shop inside the store, which is super sweet.

Highly recommend Recycles to anyone in the area or visiting Copenhagen! We rented bikes for 4 days and the process was extremely smooth. The service was excellent and would definitely go back.

I recently upgraded my groupset to SHIMANO GRX with the help of Mikkel and the team, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their collaborative approach and openness to my ideas. Rather than pushing for an upsell, they engaged in an open conversation about the limitless possibilities available. The entire team is incredibly welcoming, and I appreciate how they create a comfortable, non-intimidating environment. Walking into a bike specialist can sometimes be daunting, but they make you feel at home from the moment you step in. This shop will undoubtedly be my go-to spot for as long as I live in the neighborhood.

Great and knowledgable service! Brought in a bike I just purchased from a third-party website to get fenders installed and gear ratios changed. Staff there knows what they're doing. They basically re-build old steel framed bikes into everyday commuters so they know what they're talking about. They won't try to upsell you or do a clumsy job. After a quick chat and after they laid out a few options for me, we agreed on what needed to be done. In the meantime I got a rental bike for 65dkk that I used for a few days until my bike was done (you get an sms when it's ready for pickup). They did a bit extra on the bike to make sure it runs smoothly (re-greased the headstock and re-adjusted the breaks) for which I am very grateful. End price was a bit on the pricier side but at least you know you're getting you're money's worth! Will definitely be back!

Best bike shop in Copenhagen! Michael who runs the store part is incredibly friendly. The mechanics(Lasse & Jonas) are absolute professionals. They always go above and beyond! Recycles also runs a gravel and road club rides. Be sure to attend!
