Horrible !! 1. Customer service one of the worst in Copenhagen ! Tall woman in a pony tail with hoops in her ears working here on 31.1.2026 at 17:08 has got some issues. No amount of smiling to her or being nice to her wasn’t enough to receive a smile or at least a pleasant look … Giving me attitude since the moment I approached the counter and giving impression that she hates working here and does it only to do someone a favour :( horrible!! 2. Table very dirty. Asked to have it wiped. She came without any cloth, took her palm and removed the crumbs onto her palm 😳 The table obviously was still dirty. So I took a tissue, some water and wiped it myself cuz it was disgusting 🤢 3. Price - 43 kr !!! for small cappuccino, 47 kr for a big one !!! NO !! It’s a theft !!! 4. Cappuccino - horrible. She really has NO idea how to prepare it :( Big bobbles in the foam, below average taste. Definitely not worth even 30 kr :( 5. Dirty !! The filth under the table is disgusting 🤮 and when I wiped the table, the napkin was super dirty ! NEVER AGAIN !!

Good shop with ample seating and a nice place to chat. The americano I got had some black particles on top usually from too fine of a grind or a group head that needs to be cleaned. Overall, it didn’t ruin the taste but the appearance was initially off putting.

Great quality coffee with many different opinions in the menu. Big open space inside with moder minimalistic design. Staff was really polite and fast. They serve some classic pastries and sandwiches as well. Prices are rather higher
