After an earlier disappointment elsewhere, my partner and I stopped in here for a coffee and had a genuinely lovely experience. The coffee was excellent quality, and we also enjoyed a cinnamon scroll and a bmo, both of which were fresh, well made, and exactly what we were hoping for. Simple things done very well. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable right away. A great spot for a quality coffee and pastries in a beautiful setting. We’ll happily return next time we’re in the area.
Beautiful restaurant where we had "frokost", e.g. lunch, a Monday end of August 2025. They serve the typical Danish sandwiches with various toppings, freshly and continuously produced by a brigade of young cooks. The place is located above the opera garage which you can reach via a "greenhouse" surrounding the staircase and elevator. Service is swift and courteous with some memory losses from time to time. Highly recommended
Very special architecture, great view of the harbour due to the glass front. The coffee was delicious, however, the service could have been better. It was fine that there was self-service only, but many tables were full with dirty plates once people left. Definitely worth a visit though!
Obsessed with this café. High concentration of hygge. Keep yourself warm while having a coffee or something else with the amazing view only the Operan can provide. Wonderful, wonderful café
Wow, visited this place today for a coffee. Such a fantastic view of Marmorkirke. Very nice and hygge-ful interiors. The prices are quite reasonable for coffee.
