Moxy Copenhagen Sydhavnen

16C rooms, freezing cold. Had to bundle up and sleep with extra clothing. No room temperature adjustment capabilities. They said it's centrally controlled temperature across all rooms and there's no way for customers to change the temperature in their room. They offered more blankets, space heaters, or a change of room. I tried the in-room thermostat and it did not work at all. It was completely inoperable for the reasons the staff gave. Ruined my first night stay. The next night it was 18C. This was a little better. Breakfast was good. Stylish space. It's hard to enjoy more though if you lose sleep and enjoyment due to an overly cold room...

I had a fantastic experience with Moxy. I celebrated my birthday and another important anniversary during our stay. The hotel staff congratulated us twice, leaving pleasant surprises in our room. They also go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself is amazing—an interesting and modern concept, design, a cool lobby with tons of board games, and a bar. We loved the breakfasts! This hotel is probably the best in its price range. However, I'd like to point out to the staff that the game console didn't work for some unknown reason. I hope this problem can be avoided in the future. Thank you, Moxy!😍

We had a very pleasant visit at Moxy Sydhavnen, stayed for 3 nights around Christmas time. The city was fast to reach with the close by S-tog. The breakfast had a great selection of pastries, muesli, pancakes, eggs and sausages plus tea, coffee and juices. The room and the hotel overall was really clean and the staff were very friendly. Great price for the value.

Very beautifully decorated hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. At first, we encountered an issue with the heating in our room, as it was blowing cold air, but the manager responded immediately and gave us a new room. The breakfast was good, with tasty pastries, and the dining area was very cozy and relaxing. The ping-pong table was the perfect addition to the space. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely return to Moxy.

Fantastic hotel! The room was relatively spacious and the bed very comfortable. Nice bright bathroom too. The atmosphere is very relaxed, cosy and funky at the same time, a home feeling too. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast with lots of choice. I loved the dark bread! It very conveniently situated a few stroll away from the main line of public transport. My husband and I would definitely recommend this place if you want to discover Copenhagen.
