The shop is in a great location, and has loads of beautiful items. But I would not shop here again. Three months ago I bought a pair of shoes, and after wearing them for two hours the same day I bought them, they fell apart. I have tried to contact Magnolias since then, via e-mail and DMs on Instagram, to figure out a solution. No response, so I am very disappointed.

Slow, phlegmatic and unfriendly service. Brought in my Chanel bag to sell through them and hoped they would a) put it in the shop and b) put it on Instagram. After all, they would make 4000DKK from the commission and they have tens of thousands followers, so it would go reasonably fast. Should be a win, win! But no. After 3 weeks, no sign of posting on Instagram and when SMSed when they might post it, I got no reply. I went to get my bag back and will sell through a shop with better service and communication.
