No help...refers to a page I had already read.....and there was no answer to my question.

The changeover referred me to look up the problem online before I had formulated my question. I didn't even get started on the matter and she was very dismissive.

You are met by a very angry person at the switchboard (who doesn't even introduce themselves), and the person tells you in an almost commanding tone that there is no help to be found from the Consumer Agency. You are referred to a site that, quote, "can only give very general answers". However, this site's search function is flawed and provides no guidelines at all. Excellent.

I called their so-called phone number, pressed 9 for transfer and between 12.25-12.35 there was apparently a woman on the phone with a REALLY good day, she said they had closed the line for general questions. To which I say with a smile and a giggle, "poor tax money", I don't even have time to say "no, have a good/nice day" before she hangs up, you have to look for something like indecent behavior for a long time. She is not suitable for human contact.. I contribute to her salary...
