Kaffe i Svinget

Cozy little micro coffee shop that we naturally wanted to support since we live just around the corner. We ordered a hot chocolate and a café latte .. We got an excellent hot chocolate but unfortunately probably the thinnest café latte we have ever seen and tasted .. So almost pure milk flavor and almost no coffee flavor. First my girlfriend went in and pointed out the "problem" and asked nicely if she could have a little shot, as it was very thin. But the young girl behind the counter insisted that this is how they made their café latte and that this was how it was supposed to be … In short .. It was undrinkable and we ended up handing over an almost full glass of café latte when we left. I said nicely that I thought it was sad that what was supposed to have been a nice experience ended up being the opposite and that it was a shame that she just insisted that this was how their café latte was without being accommodating in any way. In reality, it could also be an error in dosing, printing or something else. She thought I just wanted to discuss and that the tone was not nice 🤷‍♂️ Sorry .. I was just trying to have a dialogue … Unfortunately, you don't want to go there again .. PRACTICE!
