Jazzed on Grains

I am visiting Copenhagen for the first time and this was one of the most precious restaurant experiences I have ever had in my life. The food and concept are outstanding, but the people really make the place. Will be recommending this one forever.

Absolutely wonderful hidden gem for thoughtful, cozy meals. Very friendly service as well. Pictured is rye pasta with miso butter, a salad with local pear, and sea buckthorn x rosemary kombucha.

Absolutely delicious spot. Simple offering with one pasta dish a day. Had the pleasure of enjoying a miso broth based pasta with leeks and white beans and a dash of spice. Would highly recommend!!!

A gem just a few minutes from the more busier parts of Nørrebro. Simone is super friendly and passionate about grains and food, and the pasta is the best I’ve had in ages. With a great kombucha and natural wine selection, this spot is now on my go-to for both casual lunch pasta dishes and stocking up on quality pasta and wine for home cooking endeavours.

Chanced upon this place purely because it was near our AirBnB, and was so pleasantly surprised by 1) the dedication to novel pasta craft, 2) the quality of coffee (even cold brew has nuanced notes which I find uncommon) and 3) the calm, welcoming ambience offered by staff and guests alike. I would recommend this to anyone in Copenhagen. Thank you for a lovely first meal in this country!
