Terrible website, when you click on the link for information it removes everything I had done to sign up. The website asks me several times about the same things. In addition, the site is difficult to navigate which means you can't find simple info like on others. Such a bad experience that I almost didn't bother signing up.

I am super sorry that I have switched to HK. First of all, despite my best efforts to avoid this, I am still bombarded with newsletters, questionnaires from various organizations, satisfaction surveys, SMSs, emails and letters. I am not contacted about anything that is relevant to me or my membership. The price for my unemployment insurance and union has almost doubled since I signed up. I think it is enormously expensive as someone who has just graduated and just entered the labor market. But in return I get benefits in the experience scene... which I do not feel I need from my union. Since I signed up, I have been moved around between advisors, and I receive a notification every time I am assigned a new one. It makes me feel indifferent. I have not yet had one positive experience with HK.

After 35 years of paying into HK, I needed them in connection with illness. I was assisted by someone from the union and the local shop steward, and where it ended with a very poor severance package, 7 months' salary, of which 5 months were notice of termination, where they kept saying that it was the best they could achieve. Throughout the process, I experienced a trade union where the representatives seemed to be more interested in appearing as a good partner with the employer than in looking after my interests. My shop steward ran around in platitudes like "THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE YOUR ASS, YOU DON'T DESERVE IT" who has it? That's what HK could test, so all you HKers, the sooner you sign out, the less money you throw out the window.

How can you be on sick leave in one place and then work in another?
