We were there around 1pm so only sandwiches were available but those alone would definitely make us come back for another round! The egg sando was so soft, warm and fluffy - simple but so well-balanced. The Joy Luck sub was packed with flavor and great crunch from the chili crisp - had to ordered round 2! Their homemade milk bread is the really MVP for bringing it all together 🤝 Dog-friendly is a big plus! Such a nice spacious spot that I wish I live around there. (Note that there’s no toilet inside)

Incredible joy luck sub. Gingery juicy pork with crispy cabbage and a good spicy kick. Also got the chili crunch to take home - its great! Heavy on sesame, ginger, and heat. The rice crispy pastry was a little dull

Its a beautiful airy space with lots of light and high ceilings, friendly service, great drink selection, unique excitingly seasoned food and banging homemade condiments including soy sauce. The sandwiches are top level, tender and soft yet sharp and lip smacking. Cool selection of expertly crafted pastries unlike anything else in town. What a spot!

The sandwich with wonton was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Perfectly balanced and oh so delicious. 10/10. Pastries - so nice to have some variance in flavour from the standard what you can get everywhere. My photo doesn’t do it justice.

Food is absolutely amazing, their Kaya jam is definitely worth buying a jar. They have a great variety of pastries and sandwhiches with flavourful twists. The staff are also very friendly😊
